Mooli Paratha

Mooli partha

Quick and easy recipe to make Mooli Paratha without any stuffing. The grated radish is directly mixed into the flour and made into these crispy.During winter you will be served these mooli stuffed parathas.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups whole wheat flour (gehun ka atta)
  • 3/4 cup grated white radish (mooli)
  • Cumin seeds 1tsp
  • 1tbsp oil
  • Green chili chopped
  • Onion -1 chopped
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

 Put oil in a kadai add cumin seeds +onions +green chili+salt let it cook for 15-20 min

Take flour in a bowl put oil+salt+ajwain knead into a soft dough,Divide the dough into small equal portions.

Roll out each portion thinly into a 125 mm. (5″) diameter circle,two similarly for one paratha

Take 1tbsp of cooked mooli and spread over it and cover it another circle,press it with hand to close its ends properly.
Cook each paratha on both sides on a non-stick pan, smearing a little oil on each side, until brown spots appear on the surface.

Serve hot or cold with yogurt.
