
Paneer Lababdar
The most delicious Paneer lababdar recipe. Very easy to cook as well as healthy and it tastes like the restaurant style recipe.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp cooking oil
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp garlic paste
- 1 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 tsp dried coriander flakes
- 2 tbsp water
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 5-6 cubes of paneer
- 1 tsp chopped coriander
Instructions
- First heat oil in a pan.Then add onions, ginger paste, garlic paste and sauté them.
- After above step add turmeric powder, garam masala, chili flakes, salt, dry coriander flakes and mix well.
- Add the mixture to a grinder and make a fine paste.
- Empty the jar into the same pan. Add lemon juice, paneer, coriander leaves and mix it well.
- Paneer Lababdar is ready and enjoy.
