Kadai Paneer – paneer (Indian cottage cheese) and bell peppers cooked in a spicy masala. This is a restaurant style Paneer recipe.

Ingredients
Paneer 250 gm
Capsicum-1
Tomato-2 chopped
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Onion-1 chopped
Oil-1 tbsp
Water-1 cup
Kadai Paneer masala-2 tbsp
Instructions
Chop tomato,capsicum and paneer
Take a pan ,add oil
add onions and stir it for sometime
when onions brown add tomato
cook with closed lid in a medium flame for 3-4 min
next add capsicum
cook with closed lid for 3-4 min in a medium flame
next add kadai paneer masala
now is the time to add paneer cubes and mix
add water
next add kasoori methi
cook for another 5 min with closed lid

- 2 Tomato

- 1 Onion
- 1 tbsp Oil
- 1 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Kadai Paneer masala
Chop tomato,capsicum and paneer
