Ingredients

Paneer 250gm
Capsicum-1
Tomato-2 chopped
Kasoori methi-1 tbsp
Onion-1 chopped
Oil-1 tbsp
Water-1 cup
Kadai Paneer masala-2 tbsp


Instructions

  1. Chop tomato,capsicum and paneer

  2. Take a pan ,add oil
  3. add onions and stir it for sometime
  4. when onions brown add tomato
  5. cook with closed lid in a medium flame for 3-4 min
  6. next add capsicum
  7. cook with closed lid for 3-4 min in a medium flame
  8. next add kadai paneer masala
  9. now is the time to add paneer cubes and mix
  10. add water
  11. next add kasoori methi
  12. cook for another 5 min with closed lid
  13. enjoy kadai paneer
