Chicken Fajita Quesadilla-Fast and easy

Chicken Fajita Quesadilla

With just few ingredients and a great combination of chicken,cheese and veggies,this chicken fajita quesadilla become crowds favorite.

Ingredients

for 2 quesadillas:

½ cup chicken minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon pepper
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
½ cup bell pepper
½ cup white onion
2-3 green chilies
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

GARNISH

• fresh cilantro
• guacamole
• sour cream
• salsa

Instructions

1. In a large skillet,add oil,onion,salt and garlic powder.Cook 5-7 minutes.
2. Add the bell peppers,peas,carrots and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until they are soft,add black pepper powder.Then,add chicken and cook with closed lid.
3. Place the tortilla in the skillet and add a layer of cheese on the tortilla.
4. Add cooked chicken, peppers and onions. Top with more cheese and cover it with another tortilla.
5. Cook for 6 minutes over medium heat, flipping half way.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve Chicken fajita Quesadilla with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream on the side.
