INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup coconut milkChicken drumsticks-04-06
1 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric
1 tsp Cardamom
1 tsp Garlic powder
1 tbsp ginger,grated
1-1/2 tbsp tomato paste
Salt as per taste
INSTRUCTIONS
1)In a large bowl or a resealable bag, combine chicken, and all the ingredients Give it a good mix and marinate, in the fridge, anywhere between 1- 2 hours before cooking.
2)Preheat Air fryer,adjust temperature to 350 F and press start to preheat.3)Take out the marinated chicken and place them into the preheated air fryer.4)Now again adjust the temperature at 350 F and time for 20min and start.5)You can also turn it with the help of tong after every 5min(caution hot).
6)It pairs great with Indian Basmati Rice or any kind of Indian bread like Naan or even Pita bread.
